I was reviewing a transcription, working on the very last few lines and it wasn't loading what I typed. This happens every now and then, I refresh - and it usually all appears. However - when it loaded, the top of the transcript had lots of repeated text within it.

This is not the only time I've seen this - perhaps in different circumstances. But it's annoying to fix. It should happen in the first place, but then you have to (rightly) confirm each large deletion. It just makes it really inconvenient.
