One week without receiving the transcript

I uploaded on July 27th an audio media file for transcription. One week have been, and I have not gotten the transcription done.
How much time is needed for a transcription of nearly 15 min? 
Very disappointed.

I have also been waiting too long for a transcription. Mine was first submitted on the 24th of July. When on 27th July it had not been done, I submitted a request for support on the online form. This received an automated response but no further action has been taken (I have since repeated my request). It still shows as "transcribing", I cannot delete it, nor can I submit any new transcriptions. Until now all my transcription had been completed within an hour of uploading.
Given the two of you have the same issue I am starting to wonder if this is a serious fault with the system. I hope that it is being dealt with as a priority.
EDIT: Update - today (4th August) all the transcriptions have now been done. Relieved! I hope everyone else had their issue sorted too.

I am experiencing the same issue, although not waiting for such a long time (yet)... I have uploaded today two files and the system seems to be blocked: transcripts have not been released and the files cannot be stopped nor deleted. HELP PLEASE!
