Kevin Morelle: Hi Kevin, I tried to upload a M4A file and selected French for transcribing without any issue. May I ask what version of Operating System and web browser you are using?

Chad Chu: I use Windows 10 and Google Chrome, and I already made all the updates.

Kevin Morelle: Hi Kevin. I've just noticed that in the screenshot the file duration seems to be empty, so the files may be corrupt or not uploaded correctly perhaps. May I suggest to try the following

Delete the file and upload them again.
If the issue persists, please try to convert a file to mp3 and upload it again.
