The NVivo website lists four variants of English:

English - Australian

English - British

English - Global

English - North American

These no longer appear to be available - replaced by 'English'.

This isn't a problem as this version seems to work very well with all accents, however, I think it would be useful for customers to be aware as this uses the American/International spellings so requires further editing for anyone working in 'English British'.
