When correcting the minor mistakes in a transcript, I find NVivo transcription is not saving my tweaks reliably. It all looks fine on screen and shows to have saved.

However, if I import into NVivo (or refresh the NVivo transcription browser window), I often find lots of errors created in editing. This often takes the form of extra spaces, often in the middle of words. For example, I will correct or add in a word, for example:

education

It will look fine, but on import/refresh, it will look like:

e ducation

Sometimes these errors crop up on splitting into a new speaker row.

I could understand if this was happening when a save error occurred, but in my experience I am getting this on successful saves. The really troubling bit is that the transcript on the website doesn't look the same on import all the time.
