Codebook Import

For survey data, I often draft a codebook up before I go through coding in NVivo as part of my process. There is no way to import codes from Excel or another document type (except .qdc), and annual layers of parent/child codes manually is very time consuming. Would love the ability to upload a large batch of codes, particularly in their parent/child order, all at once.

Make a version of the codebook with headings in Word, then import to NVivo and autocode using headings, which will automatically turn your document into a code structure in NVivo

I did find a shortcut where you can just autocode by heading if you create your codes in a Word document (or something similar). But using Excel/something table-friendly would obviously be great.
