Please make this a feature. It would vastly improve the qualitative coding experience and make the work much simpler and neater. It's a simple thing but it would make a world of difference.

Love this idea. But when you run coding reports, please show it as one coding reference rather than multiple.

Oh, absolutely! Often, I want to code non-adjacent passages (especially in PDFs with footnotes, etc.) I wish I could just hold CTRL to select all the relevant bits of text, and then apply codes to the selection.

Some files format, for example .pdf, sometimes have problems in formatting text continuously what messes up our data when doing analysis. So I would like an option to do corrections manually without the same sentence being cut, damaging the understanding of the context of the speech.

I only spoke to my colleague about needing this earlier this week! Sometimes the text does not make sense without its counterpart so you do not want it to be separate references and the middle section is irrelevant (I wanted the introductory text + the 5th point in a bullet list but had to include the other 4 points which was not accurate coding)

Or to get information about proximity between quotations and you can search coded segments in an interval of the document with a determinate proximity between the quotations
