NVivo 12 Plus won't text search phrases

Instructions say to use double quotation marks, but setting the criteria to "don't know" returns don't and know separately. I've tried Restrictor workarounds and still nothing.

I was having the same problem with ''being with''. The issue is to do with STOP WORDS. These are words excluded from search. You can view and amend under Project Properties/General. "being", "don't" and '"know" are included.

I'm having this exact same issue with the phrase "don't know" in NVivo 11. Has anyone found a workaround for this?
