NCapture and Facebook Pages

Hi,
Reported this in November 2020 and no one from NVivo has addressed it yet. The NCapture plugin doesn't work with Facebook Pages anymore. Can this be fixed please or is this forum just for cosmetic purposes with no one from the company actually looking at addressing what's reported?
