Can't sign up for 15 minute free trial

I can't sign up for 15 minute free trial. I enter the required details (such as email, password, first name and surname, and check the privacy policy and terms and conditions boxes). Yet when I try to click on the "Sigh up" box after entering the info, the "Sigh up" box remains grey.
