This is something I've seen on another transcription service, though I can't vouch for how well it works. You can provide a list of special terms that are found in your interviews, which I assume the algorithm then adds to the dictionary it's using for your interviews. This would be helpful in my case because my interviews are in English but with certain foreign words that recur.
