...and even more work

Hi Epsillon,
Sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the service. We are continuously improving the accuracy of the transcription service.
To help us to improve the service, would you mind to share a little more information about the transcription you performed? For example, the language of the audio file, the language option you selected before transcribing, and sharing the audio file with us would help us even more. Many thanks in advance.
Regards,
Chad

Chad Chu: Hello Chad:
I am a PhD researcher and the ethical prohibitions in Canada prevent me from transmitting that sort of thing but I can tell you that the language was English (perfectly articulated by both highly educated speakers). The recording was digital with two, lapel microphones producing crystal clarity from both speakers and otherwise no unusual impediments to a straight-forward transcription of an interview between two English speakers with perfect enunciation and locution.
I think it’s ridiculous that I paid over $80.00 US for something that required 18 hours of editing for an interview covering 20 pages of transcript. I counted on NVivo for something much better. I have 32 interviews to complete most of which will cover about 30 pages each which means approximately 600 hours of editing if I use your product. That is simply not tenable.
If you can offer a solution, I am willing to listen but otherwise I just have to look elsewhere and I am in the process of doing just that.
Kind regards and season’s greetings,
Richard Gasparini
