Followed a popup request to update to the latest iteration of v12 today (system seems to say I'm n 12.3.0.599, have been running text query searches all day and it appears that using doubl quotes "" as boolean terms to limit searches is not working.

The "Exact matches" option is also clearly not working

Bug or am I not doing something correctly?
