Not able to use ncapture to capture tweets as dataset. Though web as pdf is working fine.

I have authenticated ncapture on twitter, still it is giving authentication failed error when I try to capture tweet as dataset. Please help,it's urgent.

Ps: I have tried different twitter accounts and systems as well.

The issue has been resolved on both IE and Chrome

This is now resolved on Chrome. We are currently investigating the issue on IE.
