When trying to capture FB posts as a dataset, the following error resulted: "App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions."

VinceQSR: Has the issue been resolved? Have you reached an agreement with Facebook or does NCapture no longer work with FB?

Update to Facebook support: You can now capture conversations from groups and pages as a dataset or PDF. 
Three Facebook group types (public, closed and secret) are now supported. The Facebook group admin will need to add the NCapture application to the group, before conversations can be captured as a dataset.

Hi just checking in, are there any updates or any idea of a timeline for when this'll be fixed?

Hello, I would like to touch base on this as well. I am still experiencing the same issue. 
Why is it taking so long? Is anyone still looking over the problem?

Hi, has there been any word from Facebook on when this issue will be fixed? Just as I have experienced the same thing today when trying to extract posts from Facebook with NCapture.

We are aware there is an integration issue with NCapture. This is due to a block by Facebook. We are working to resolve the issue with Facebook, but unfortunately their turnaround times can take up to eight weeks. As soon as this issue has been resolved we will advise you.
