my project is currently in NVivo 11, and my license has expired. My Uni cannot give me a new license of 11, they gave me license for 12.

I installed NVivo 12. the face of 12 looks horrible, the image is blurry and I cannot import my project from 11.

I find it surprising that you don't automatically transfer projects of one user from old to new version and you let us suffer like this. These are projects we have been working on for more than a year and now it is trapped in some old version just because you decided to update.

I tried to find my project on my computer and I can clearly see nvp file with my project named PhD, however, when I open NVivo 12 and try to find it, I cannot see same files, therefore, I cannot import my project to version 12.

Can you please assist with this? Or provide me with license key of 11 instead of 12. I do not want to work in 12, the face of 12 is not as good as 11 was. I do not want to spend a year on coding my project again, when my whole project is in version 11. If you are updating the versions - make sure the project are automatically transferred or people are informed by email - I was not informed.
